🌿 Reveal your Nature is a community-driven & nature inspired movement practice in Rotterdam.
🌿Step by step, we practice remembering that movement is for every body by: connecting to ourselves, to others and by exploring our environment, all in a playful, empowering and yet compassionate way.
🌿 This practice is shaped by my experiences training to become a professional dancer and all the people and inspirations that support people and myself to reveal their true nature.
🌿 I aspire to help people feel seen in the struggle to connect to their body, other people and the outdoors in a challenging and sedentary Western society.
