Are you facing a personal challenge you'd like to explore through movement?


From a first hand experience, movement helped me through the roughest patches of life as well as in the most joyful times.

Embarking on this path alone can feel daunting. It can be helpful to have someone by your side.

I'm here to support you. This support looks like the following:

1. Free intake and planning - A movement and conversational session to get to know each other and what you need.

We make a plan together to meet your desired process and goals. Usually this is between 5-10 sessions of 1 hour.

2. Movement and conversation - During each session, we start off with movement to enter the body.

Depending on your personal challenge I will facilitate a space where you'll be invited to move through the the challenges you're dealing with.

We reflect afterwards how the session made you feel and how you can continue at home.

3. Reflecting - At the end, we re-evaluate the process and how you plan to continue by yourself.

What can you expect?

My job is to support you in feeling independent to take on the challenges that you're currently struggling with.

Your responsibility is to articulate what you need so I can better support you.

Important note: I am not a health care professional. I only support the healing process through movement.

Family Moves

Experience a new connection with your family by moving and playing together.


What would happen if you moved more alongside your children, rather than seeing physical activity time and children time as separate activities?

Family Moves is about taking the opportunities to move together when it arises. It's not about creating more things you have to do.

How could movement give you time to rest, relax and connect?


What I offer?
Monthly sessions where I come to your home and I facilitate a play session together.  We will have time to talk about your family's situation and see how movement can fit into your lives.

You decide when and for how long it works for your family. Usually I suggest once a month for 1 to 1.30 hours. 

Why?
I observe how many parents and children want to move more but don't know where to start. Why not move and play together?

Family Moves creates this time and space for you!

Every Thursday from 17:00-18:15 in a park of Rotterdam!

We explore movement in a safe, playful and challenging way. I guide the session and you can contribute to designing the experience.

What can you expect?
Usually the experience consist of these elements:

Body awareness
(attention & sensing)

Natural movement 
(locomotion, parkour & climbing)

Creative movement
(expression & creation)

Unstructured and structured games
(inspired by children's play)
